Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7eren davran\u0131\u015f, eylem veya herhangi bir t\u00fcrde misillemeye tolerans g\u00f6sterilmez.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.4 Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme Hakk\u0131 ve \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme hakk\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilir.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.5 \u0130fade \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, i\u015f ortam\u0131nda ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sekteye u\u011fratacak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc durumun<\/p><p>\u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meyi ilke edinir, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kendilerini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ifade etmeleri i\u00e7in gerekli ara\u00e7 ve ortamlar\u0131<\/p><p>sa\u011flar.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.6 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve herhangi bir nedenle Mtn San.Tic.Ltd.\u015eti i\u015fyerleri ve\/veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda bulunan ziyaret\u00e7iler ya da i\u015f ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 Mtn San.Tic.Ltd.\u015eti\u2019nin \u00f6nemli \u00f6ncelikleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u015firket y\u00f6netimi i\u015fyerlerinde olas\u0131 tehlikeleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in en y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. G\u00fcvenli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir i\u015fyeri olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi mevzuat\u0131 ile kurum i\u00e7i gerekliliklere uymak esast\u0131r. Mtn San.Tic.Ltd.\u015eti, \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kurulu\u2019nda d\u00fczenli olarak kaza, yaralanma ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu olu\u015fturabilecek riskleri tan\u0131mlay\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6zerek, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u00fcretken bir i\u015fyeri ortam\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve bu ortam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.7 Zorla \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kendi r\u0131zalar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilmez. Hi\u00e7bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, hi\u00e7bir konuda bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda<\/p><p>tutulmaz, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar e\u015fit \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda kendi r\u0131zalar\u0131 ile uygun pozisyonlarda istihdam edilir.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.8 \u00c7ocuk \u0130\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong><\/p><p>Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ya\u015fam\u0131nda Temel \u0130lkeler ve Haklar Bildirgesi\u2019nde ortaya konan<\/p><p>\u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmama ilkesine de uygun olarak Mtn San.Tic.Ltd.\u015eti\u2019de \u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>4.1.9 \u015eiddet ve K\u00f6t\u00fc Muamele<\/strong><\/p><p>Mtn San.Tic.Ltd.\u015eti t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na g\u00fcvenli bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder, onlara sayg\u0131l\u0131 ve insan onurunu zedelemeyecek \u015fekilde davran\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar da sebebi ne olursa olsun herhangi birine fiziksel ve psikolojik \u015fiddet ve k\u00f6t\u00fc muamelede bulunmamak ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmas\u0131na g\u00f6z yummamak zorundad\u0131r.
